Properbiz ltd is a company active in the international trade of products and raw materials for different industrial sectors, thanks to a team made up of professionals with multidisciplinary skills.
We listen to the procurement needs of companies that intend to internationalize the purchasing process for the benefit of obtaining a competitive advantage in terms of product and price.
Properbiz Strategic Organization
We have devised a multi-phase functional strategy that allows us to understand what the customer's real needs are.
1 – Technical analysis and feasibility study
In this phase our engineers, through a systemic approach, understand the nature of the request, and analyze the technical aspects in terms of conformity of the products and materials to be selected.
2 – Market analysis
After studying the customer's supply needs, our market specialists carry out a study of the reference market by identifying potential partners with whom to create a direct link useful for starting a commercial negotiation.
3 – Negotiation management
In this phase the key figures of our strategy intervene, international buyers with proven experience, who manage to conduct the negotiations with a determined approach to obtaining the product or raw material sought in compliance with the target price agreed and verified with the customer.
4 – Purchase program approval and contract management
In the purchase approval phase, a team of lawyers with international expertise perfects the documentation to proceed with the signing of a contract that guarantees maximum protection and security of the purchase to our customer.
5 – Inspection and production control
Our quality controllers, are physically in site during all the phases of the production, to check and control the compliance of the goods choose by the customers. The site inspection is also aimed at monitoring compliance with the production timing agreed in the contract.
6 – Shipment management e delivery
Last but not least is the phase in which our shipment management experts coordinate the shipment and delivery of the goods. Thanks to the trust of our customers which translates into thousands of containers managed every year, we have signed premium partnerships with the best international transport companies, which guarantee us excellent performance in terms of service and price.
